btg33 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the btg33 platform (the "Platform"), you (the "Player") acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotion terms, or other policies published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in the supplementary document.

To register and use the btg33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players aged under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be acting as an individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close relative of any person holding such a position at btg33 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gambling service at the time of registration or any subsequent session.

btg33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual (whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers) constitutes a material breach of these Terms. btg33 may close all duplicate accounts and void any winnings derived from them. To register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share these credentials with any other person.
• You must notify btg33 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• btg33 reserves the right to close or suspend any account where fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or Terms violations are detected, with or without prior notice.
• Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Any withdrawable balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed subject to standard verification requirements.

btg33 will never contact a player by email, SMS, or telephone to request their account password. Any such communication purporting to be from btg33 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

btg33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. btg33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits.
• KYC verification (proof of identity and payment method ownership) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. btg33 may request additional documentation at its discretion.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw funds before completing wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

btg33 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of pending requests. btg33 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

btg33 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. General conditions applicable to all btg33 bonuses include the following:

• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per eligible player unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second or subsequent account constitutes fraud.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled exclusively with real-money bets unless otherwise stated. Free spin winnings and bonus funds used to meet wagering requirements are typically capped at a maximum withdrawal amount specified in the individual promotion terms.

btg33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. The Platform incorporates a suite of responsible gaming tools designed to help players manage their activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered btg33 players from within their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period before activation.
• Time-Out: Players may activate a temporary time-out period (from 24 hours up to 6 weeks) during which their account will be inaccessible. Time-out requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may request indefinite self-exclusion at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion is permanent by default and prevents the player from re-registering under any name or payment method.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btg33 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in one or more of these activities will have their account immediately suspended, any associated winnings voided, and any remaining balance subject to forfeiture pending investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to influence game outcomes, place bets, or interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with genuine individual human play.
• Money laundering or using the Platform as a mechanism to transfer, conceal, or disguise the proceeds of any unlawful activity. All transactions are monitored and suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated sports betting syndicate activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with btg33 customer support or compliance teams.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain winnings not legitimately earned through normal gameplay. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are void and must be returned.

btg33 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. Where prohibited activity is detected, btg33 will freeze the relevant account, withhold any balance, and share all relevant information with the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

All content on the btg33 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform, is the intellectual property of btg33 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or in any other way exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of btg33. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btg33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if btg33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. btg33's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

btg33 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform. While btg33 takes reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and integrity, temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control may occur and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

btg33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, btg33 will endeavour to provide advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address associated with your account. However, for minor clarifications or corrections, changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a player and btg33, the player should first contact customer support to seek an informal resolution. btg33 is committed to handling all complaints fairly and promptly. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through support channels, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure published on the Platform.
